    CO-OWNER / STUDIO DIRECTOR

    Kate Garfield received her 600hr Comprehensive Pilates certification from Core Pilates NYC in 2014. Continuing education: East River Pilates, Real Pilates, and the Kane School. Specialties include: Pre + Postnatal Fitness, Hernia + Diastasis Recti, Knee Injury, Low Back Injury, Osteoporosis, and various neurological conditions.

    SENIOR INSTRUCTOR

    Tye Trondson completed 900 hours of teacher training over a two-and-a-half-year certification at the University of Wisconsin-Madison under Collette Stewart and Liz Sexe in 2020. Through her creative teaching style Tye fosters precision of movement and healthy alignment.

    SENIOR INSTRUCTOR

    Lindsey Leonard completed her 600 hour Comprehensive Pilates certification in 2020, which included training in Pre and Postnatal Pilates. As an instructor Lindsey works with precision and continuous flow, empowering clients to find joy through movement.

    Rebecca - Anne received her Comprehensive Pilates certification through East River Pilates Spring. She is passionate about holding space for people to find ease and empowerment through breath-centric, mindful movement.

    INSTRUCTOR

    Lo completed her certification with 900hrs of training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2020 under the guidance of Collette Stewart and Liz Sexe. Lo is passionate about helping others achieve physical and mental well being. With a focus controlled movements and mindful breathing, she designs dynamic workouts that challenge and inspire.

    Anika completed her 600-hour Comprehensive Pilates certification at Core Pilates NYC. With a background in dance, Anika brings a strong sense of rhythm and flow to her teaching. She creates a supportive and positive environment, empowering clients through movement.

    Katherine Musgrave completed her 600-hour Comprehensive Pilates certification through Core Pilates. She is also a certified yoga teacher and is passionate about guiding her students to find personal transformation, self-awareness, and ultimately self-growth through movement. 

  • BROOKE REYNOLDS

    INSTRUCTOR

    Brooke completed her 600 hour apparatus certification through Core Pilates NYC in 2017. She is also Pre/Post-Natal certified and completed additional training through Mama Like Me in 2024. Brooke is passionate about the mental and physical healing powers of the classical Pilates method which were so life-changing for her.
